Where We Work
We're based at 6606 Tussing Rd in Reynoldsburg, and most of our calls come from within a few miles of that address. Houses here mostly went up between the 1960s and 70s, with the broader area spanning 1938 to 2006 construction, median right around 1977. That matters because a door installed on a house built in 1965 doesn't share hardware with one built in 1998, and we carry parts for both.
We work Reynoldsburg itself plus the closer edges of the map: Whitehall and Pataskala sit about 5 miles out, Etna and Blacklick Estates around 6, Gahanna at 7, Bexley and Canal Winchester at 8. We'll go further for the right job - Groveport, Canal Winchester, even out toward Johnstown or Heath - but the bulk of our routes stay inside that 10-mile ring, which keeps drive time down and lets us get to a broken spring the same day more often than not.
Winters here are the real test for a door. Cold-climate stress on old rollers, brittle seals, and tired torsion springs is most of what fills our schedule from November through March. If your door is groaning or dropping unevenly in the cold, that's usually hardware fatigue, not something a can of lubricant fixes for good.

We don't upsell a full door replacement when a spring and a set of rollers will get you another decade out of the panel you've got.
